Rich, velvety and friendly—if this were a beauty contest this 2007 vintage EDGE Cabernet Sauvignon gets a 10 for congeniality. And an air of mystery too—because the only known address for this winery is a P.O. box, the guy above-the-line in the whole organization is the Marketing Director, and the winemaker won’t identify him/herself probably because they’re highly prestigious and don’t want their reputation smeared by a non-$150 Napa Cab. Oh well, lucky us. Because a 20-dollar Napa Cab has no business being this enjoyable. A ridiculous marketing scheme, for sure. 🙂 –J.M.
