Great Wine: Alta Maria Pinot Noir

Rock and roll. With a bluesy shuffle, as in ZZ Top’s Tres Hombres. The 2010 ALTA MARIA Pinot Noir is waitin’ on the bus all day bound for La Grange. Damn, you can hear the hot guitar licks drinking this stuff. Hot, red and righteous, this wine is electric.  With soft, deep blues at the heart of it all. Jesus may have left Chicago but he turned muddy water into wine. Have mercy. –J.M.
